術前の眼瞼皮膚、結膜からの擦過細菌検出率は84.6%、36.7%ある1)(III)。
術前にポビドンヨード溶液で洗浄もしくは点眼すると結膜嚢および前房中の細菌培養後のコロニー検出率を低下させることができる1,2,3)(III)。
※ただし、患者アウトカムを検討した研究はない。
白内障術後早期(4〜6時間)眼圧上昇に術前1時間前よりのアセトザラミド500mgの内服、ドルゾラミドの点眼が有効である4,5)(III)。
